Balaklava is 1 hr from Adelaide. 45 minutes to The Barossa or 1 hour from Yorke Peninsula's lovely beaches. I do live in the home permanently. The golf course is just ten minutes away by car. Set in a quiet street with shady nooks. Meet the free roaming bunnies in the garden, yes they are pets, along with the 2 cats and chickens. Balaklava has two local hotels for meals together with a top takeaway shop all within five minutes by car. The gardens are very well maintained and loved, and very relaxing for the guests to enjoy. Guest access Guests have full access to the home. During your stay I am always available for any advice you may need, happy to chat and provide any information required, but happy for you to have your own time and space.
