You’ll have access to the en-suite with a king bed, a large master bathroom, and a smaller room with views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca with your kitchenette and smart TV. We have everything you need for a much needed nature retreat The space Guests have access to an ensuite king bedroom from a private entrance. The living room space looks out over the straight of Juan de Fuca. Plants and unique art create a chic and modern atmosphere to relax and sip coffee while listening to waves crash. The King bedroom has access to a private full bathroom with theirs and theirs sinks, shower, and hideaway toilet. The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, mini fridge and samples of coffee and tea for your enjoyment. Outside on the deck there is a hot tub, outdoor shower as well as patio furniture. Enjoy 180-degrees of breathtaking landscapes including the Strait of Juan de Fuca and sunsets over Vancouver Island. Take advantage of all that the Peninsula has to offer from the Olympic National Park, Lake Crescent, and a huge variety of local trail networks. Hiking, surfing, biking, kayaking, skiing, fishing and everything in between can be found within arms-reach of the house. Walk down the hill to access the local beach. Please note it takes 10-15 minutes down a steep hill to walk to beach access. Bike routes and trails are a quick 5 minute drive from the house. Access to the Olympic National Park is 15+ minutes away. Please be mindful of our neighbors. We are situated in a very quiet neighborhood. Feel free to go on walks and enjoy the view. No parties or pets allowed. This space is ideal for individuals or couples looking to explore the Peninsula and have a nice quiet space to return to at the end of the day. Guest access Guests can access the guest suite through a private entrance. They have access to the deck and backyard. The main house and garage are private. Other things to note The house is very rural and has limited wifi speed. We have had remote workers work here, however, be mindful that the internet may cut out at times. The house is also on well water and septic. To walk to the beach, you have to walk down a steep hill on a road with no sidewalks. Please only do this if you are capable of walking back up the hill to the house. Additionally, be mindful of cars on the road. We advise you to drive down the first time so you know how to get down there.
