Cozy & lovely apartment

This Las Rosas apartment is nice and cozy. The apartment building has a typical Spanish look. The apartment is on the first floor. When you leave the apartment building through one of the four entrance doors, you will arrive at Avenida Juan Carlos I, where the rental steps are also ready and the taxis and buses pass by. Less than 200 meters away, you will find the boulevard with the many cozy restaurants and the beach of the cozy village of Los Cristianos. The space The apartment is on the ground floor, next to the communal swimming pool. There is a terrace at the front, with a seating area for a cozy breakfast or dinner in the evening. There is also an awning. The living room has a large corner sofa and there is a dining room table with chairs. There is also a TV (satellite) and well-functioning WiFi. The open kitchen is equipped with all the necessities. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, bidet and extra closet space. Towels and bedding are provided. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and bedroom 2 has 1 double bed. In both rooms, rooms closets and/or clothes racks are available to store or hang your clothes. From bedroom 2, you reach the private backyard via the sliding door, where the laundry room with washing machine and drying rack is also located. Guest access Las Rosas apartment building features a public courtyard where there is a large BBQ. There are also tables and chairs. You may use this freely. The condition is that you leave it clean and tidy after use. Other things to note If you are looking for a vacation with comfort, great weather, a swimming pool nearby and the beach around the corner, then this is the ideal place. At the beach, you can rent sunbeds. On average, the price for 2 sunbeds with a parasol is about 8 euros per day. Enjoy a walk on the boulevard, a drink on the terrace or a bite to eat at one of the restaurants. There is plenty of choice. And what is certainly not unpleasant: the prices of the hospitality industry are not high. You can rent a car (for example at the airport), but the buses also run frequently and there are rental scooters for rent on the island (via an app that is visible on the scooter). The taxi ride from the airport to the apartment takes about 20 minutes.
