Comfortable house in the historic center, carefully renovated. Strategic for visiting the area: it is a 5-minute walk from Lake Comabbio, a 5-minute drive from Lake Maggiore, 45 minutes from Milan and 45 minutes from Como. Kitchen-living room and bathroom on the ground floor, two large bedrooms with parquet, terrace and bathroom on the first floor. Fully equipped. Private parking. The space The late 19th-century house with stone walls was renovated 5 years ago with attention to detail and fine materials such as parquet, natural stone and solid wood interior and exterior fixtures, some brought by me directly from Africa. I tried to furnish it with taste and quality materials. There is a TV but no antenna, so you can connect your devices. The upper floor is equipped with cable radio and everything you need to listen to music in all rooms, including the main bathroom. The north facade receives spring and summer morning light, which enters the bedrooms when the shutters are opened, giving a beautiful view of Lake Comabbio. On the south facade is the shared courtyard and terrace, where you can enjoy the afternoon sun. In the house, there are all the necessary amenities to stay a night or a month. The neighbors are super-kind and helpful but still discreet and not intrusive. Private parking in the courtyard, wi-fi internet with excellent speed, deckchairs on the terrace, chairs under the porch, everything you need to cook, eat and store your food, no restrictions.
