Our complex has a common swimming pool, lift and 24 hours security. Our building is situated in one of the best areas in North Goa which is highly preferred by other Airbnb guests. You will be surrounded by a mountain view which you can enjoy by 2 attached balconies in the living room and bedroom. 2) The bedroom is adorned with an attached balcony that offer panoramic views of the majestic mountains. Additionally, a spacious cupboard is provided to stow away your belongings. 3) You'll also find a separate utility (washing machine) area for added convenience. 4) The tastefully designed living room is complemented by an adjoining balcony where you can bask in the awe-inspiring natural beauty of the surroundings. MONTHLY STAYS: WE offer monthly discounts for long stays- to avail these discounts, Electricity and Cleaning has to be borne by the guest. We collect a Rs- 20,000/- security deposit at the time of check-in. MOBILE NETWORK: Please note that JIO works well in the area but VI and Airtel have very limited range. (INSIDE THE APARTMENT DUE TO WIFI YOU WOULDN'T HAVE NETWORK ISSUE) Guest access Guest will have access to the entire apartment and common swimming pool. Other things to note HOUSEKEEPING- 1) We provide daily housekeeping. (2) Linen and Towels will be changed every 3rd day. (3) Guests can reach out to the housekeeper if the situation demands otherwise. 1) 🥖Groceries- There is a mini grocery store right next to the building. 2) 🍾Wine Store- There is a wine store right next to the building. 3) 🥒Vegetable- There is a mini vegetable vendor in 2 minute's walking distance from the building. 4) ☕️Cafe- There is a newly opened cafe right opposite the building. 5) 🧑‍🍳Restaurant- There is a small family restaurant right next to the building. 6) 🍛Meals- a) There are many restaurants surrounding our area Siolim, Marna. (b) The kitchen provided by us in the apartment is a fully equipped, you can prepare your own meals. (c) Swiggy and Zomato also deliver to the building. 7) 🚘Parking- We have a dedicated parking space inside the building premises.
