Located 3 kilometers from the resorts of Grand Bornand and La Clusaz (free shuttles), the village offers all types of shops within walking distance 2 minutes from the apartment. 2 bakeries, a fruit and vegetable shop, a Carrefour Market, a butcher/caterer, regional products, 3 restaurants, a bistro, wine cellar, pizzeria, hairdresser, pharmacy, tobacco-press and a hardware store. THE ACCOMMODATION: 27 m2 studio with free parking in a condominium. It consists of an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. It can accommodate up to 4 people with a bunk bed (80 x 190) and a 3-seater sofa, convertible into a high-quality 2-seater bed (140 x 200). Listing amenities: Television, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dish and hand towels, oil, salt, pepper, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, bucket and mop, and a smoke detector are provided in the apartment. The accommodation's welcome booklet lists the amenities available and how they work. A set of programs and guides for each station are available to give you all the useful information. A smoking area is present on the balcony of the apartment (no smoking in the accommodation). Our four-legged friends aren't allowed in the accommodation. A private ski locker and a private cellar are available, both secure and can accommodate bicycles, skis and any other equipment for your mountain adventures. There is no Wi-Fi yet (but the 4G signal is very good), no dishwasher and washing machine, which is why we have chosen to provide you with bed linen and towels (always wash at 90°) to compensate for the lack of these amenities. Please note that in the mountains, many activities such as hiking, biking, via ferrata, downhill mountain biking, summer tobogganing, tree climbing, swimming pool, climbing, walks around Lake Annecy (35 min drive from the accommodation) will keep you busy during your stay. It is thanks to the commitment and civic-mindedness of all, that the mountains remain a place of freedom forever irreplaceable! 🔴 IMPORTANT: Anyone wishing to stay in the accommodation is subject to a pre-request and we validate by following the dates by answering your questions if necessary. We take care to welcome you directly when possible, but self check-in is still possible with a key box (late check-in). ‼ ️ During the winter period we prefer long stays (minimum 3 nights). Or 2 nights for weekends. ‼️ As a reminder, cleaning must be done upon checkout. Guest access You will have at your disposal a ski room and part of a cellar, located in the basement and secured. The cellar is available on request for bicycle-type equipment.
