Welcome to my Bed & Breakfast in Gozzano, conveniently located for visiting both the wonderful Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore. The property, with its rustic and welcoming charm, offers a spacious room with a private bathroom, ideal for relaxing in peace and enjoying a comfortable stay. The space The room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people and is designed to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay. For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not allowed inside the property; smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor areas. Events or parties are not allowed, and in order to maintain a well-kept and comfortable environment, pets are not allowed. The room is meticulously cared for, always clean and equipped with all the essential amenities: free Wi-Fi, towels, shampoo, body soap and bottles of water available to guests for the night. Breakfast is included in the price and can be enjoyed either on the balcony or outside in the courtyard, which is furnished with a table and chairs for pleasant moments in the open air. Guest access Guests will be able to access the property through the main entrance on the ground floor, which is shared with other rooms in the house. The room is on the top floor and is completely independent, ensuring privacy and tranquillity, with a room and private bathroom for the exclusive use of guests. Other things to note Please note that, as of 1 April 2026, the Municipality of Gozzano has introduced a tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night. The tourist tax is not included in the cost of the booking and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the accommodation (check-in), as required by municipal regulations. The location of the Bed & Breakfast is ideal for discovering some of the most beautiful places in Piedmont. Just a few minutes away is the wonderful Lake Orta, one of the most romantic lakes in Italy, famous for the picturesque village of Orta San Giulio and the evocative Island of San Giulio, which can be easily reached by ferry from the centre of the town. Strolling through the cobbled streets, small cafés and shops, you can experience a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. In a short time, you can also reach the famous Lake Maggiore, with its beautiful scenic resorts such as Stresa, an elegant town overlooking the lake. This is the starting point for excursions to the famous Borromean Islands – including Isola Bella, Isola Madre and Isola dei Pescatori – known for their historic gardens, palaces and unique landscapes.
