This shared home (WHOLE upstairs living space is yours!) is close to ALL amenties here in Med Hat. Just minutes from Hwy 1, Mall and Casino. The stampede grounds/Coop is only a 5 - 15 min drive away. Super cozy and quiet. The fireplace in the living room is wonderful on cool nights. The deck off the kitchen is a great spot in the morning for coffee or relaxing in the evenings, turning on the heat lantern or dip into the hot tub for a evening soak. Pool Kayaks, Paddleboards on request. The space You will have access to everything on the main floor - Master Bedroom (queen size bed) - Kids Bedroom (Loft bed) - Extra Twin bed available on request - Living Room - Kitchen - Balcony / Deck - Hot Tub Access - Pool Access during the summer months (seasonal) During your stay I may or not be onsite (During your stay I will be mainly downstairs, maybe not at all). Communication can be done through the Airbnb messaging app, text message or call. I do not need to be around but can and open to conversation or i can leave you to your own privacy.
