Studio Alangitha is located in north kalamassery close to NH47 and all the major amenities like hospitals, schools, church ,shopping etc. This property is walkable distance to Muttom metro station and the the bus stop for easy transit. 5 mins to chackola pavallion 10 mins to CUSAT,Barath matha college,Medical college 10 mins to Rajagiri hospital. 15 mins to Edapally lulu mall. 15 mins to Aluva. 15 mins to aster medicity. 30 mins to ernakulam city. 20 mins to cochin international airport The space We provide 1 bedrooms on the upper floor with common living area(shared) .we also have an extra bedroom that needs to be booked separately. Both the bedrooms are Spacious, airconditioned and have attached bathrooms . Both the bathrooms have water heater. The bedrooms have its own privacy. The adorable cute living area has a swing bed, comfy couch seating along with elliptical trainer machine for fitness enthusiasts. This area also overlooks a outdoor balcony which can be used for enjoying some fresh air. Free parking space provided. Free wifi provided. Guest access All the guest will have all the privacy but at the same time can feel at home. The upper floor is solely for the guests. The upper floor includes 2 bedrooms(booked separately) with attached bathrooms and a living area. The exterior of the house can be used. The balcony space is provided only for guests. Feel free to use common areas and dining area on the ground floor. And we do have garden space so guest can enjoy it too. During your stay Me and my husband are always available at the property for any issues or assistance. I am a teacher based in this city knows each and every part of Ernakulam city and will be able guide anyone according to ones need . My husband is doing business. Assistance can be given for the transit ,shopping ,hospital information, tourist attractions, food etc. Other things to note NO DRINKING,NO SMOKING, NO DRUGS. We provide full time free wifi, homely kerala food (breakfast, lunch and dinner with payment). Washing machine (with payment) can be used. Inverter installed so no need to worry about power cut.
