The space We are located just a few minutes down the road from Starved Rock and one block from downtown Utica and are part of a 9 unit vacation rental complex known as Landers House and Lodging. Experience Utica's quaint downtown with the main road Mill St closed from May to September for outdoor dining and live entertainment. Guest access This property is part of a vacation rental unit complex. This unit has a private entrance and screened in porch but shares a common courtyard. Free street parking is available along with a free uncovered lot across from the property.
