Welcome to the Nedonna Beach Cousin Cabin. This family owned home features 3-bedrooms, 2-baths and an additional loft area. The Cousin Cabin really has it all with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of sleeping spaces, a large deck and quick access to Rockaway Beach. The Nedonna Beach community is one of the hidden gems of the Oregon coast located between the Nehalem Bay South Jetty and the Manhattan Beach Trailhead and is loaded with scenic driftwood. The space This home has enough beds to comfortably sleep 9 and features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, spacious living spaces and a large sun deck. The first floor hosts all three bedrooms, a queen bed in each and one with a single bed trundle, a full bathroom with tub, and a washer and dryer set. On the second level you’ll find an open floor plan with access to the large sun deck with wrap around (Please note that the sun deck is a deck/roof combo and graded for drainage purposes). Enjoy the deck at a table with seating for six (6), lounge chairs, and a gas grill for use. Indoors you’ll find a well-stocked kitchen, with more than enough dishes, cookware, and common herbs and spices to craft lovely meals. Share stories and great conversation with seating at the breakfast bar for four (4) or at the custom dining table for six (6). Get comfortable in the living room on the couch or loveseat with throw blankets and pillows to get extra cozy. The second full bathroom is also on this level and features a very unique sunken soaking tub. The third level is a loft that overlooks the living room and kitchen. Here you will find a daybed with a trundle, a smart TV (with guest access to all your streaming services), comfortable seating, and an assortment of games, books and toys. Additionally, there will be beach chairs available for use and there is an outdoor wash sink and rinse hose for getting all the extra sand off or rinsing your fresh catch! ***Please note the indoor fireplace is not available for guest use at this time.
