The space The "Molinella" farmhouse consists of 5 rooms located on one floor of the main house and 2 apartments located inside the medieval tower. The location offers the possibility to taste typical local products in intimacy and in reserved spaces within the property consisting of more than 20 hectares of land. The building complex offers a breathtaking view of the City of Assisi and the surrounding landscape. Surrounded by greenery and pampered by our staff as well as the breakfast service, you can taste the products of our garden on request accompanied by a good glass of wine. The accommodation is designed in detail to meet the needs of guests, and can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests + 1 infant. BEDROOM The TV room consists of a comfortable king-size double bed, memory foam pillows and mattress, topper, quilt or duvet, cotton sheets and a closet for storing clothes and luggage. LIVING ROOM WITH DINING ROOM AND SOFA BED The living room, which represents the heart of the house, is bright and welcoming. Inside the room, equipped with a TV, there is a dining table, four chairs and a sofa (which can also be used as a bed) to fully enjoy moments of relaxation and comfort during your stay. KITCHEN The small kitchen, in Provencal style, represents the practical answer to the needs of guests: equipped with a sink, induction hob (two burners) with extractor hood, countertop, refrigerator, freezer, set of pots, cutlery, glasses, coffee machine complete with pods, microwave and kettle. BATH HOUSE The bathroom is complete with all amenities: toilet, bidet, comfortable shower cabin, sink with mirror, hairdryer and soap dispenser. The choice of materials, all natural, such as terracotta for the living area and parquet on the bedroom, give the apartment comfort for those who stay overnight; the stylish ceiling with wooden beams and tiles is wonderful. The wooden fixtures, totally new and well insulated, guarantee maximum soundproofing. Guest access The property, which consists of more than 20 hectares, remains accessible from Via Pallareto. You will have private outdoor parking where you can leave your car and comfortably unload your luggage with the assistance of our staff. If you are traveling by train, to reach us, get off at Assisi station where you can take buses and taxis.
