The space The 10.5 m² room on the 3rd floor is ideal for couples or solo travelers. The room has a comfortable queen size bed. The private bathroom in the room is equipped with a shower and sink – modern, clean and practical. In the hallway is the private toilet, which is only accessible with your room key. In addition, you can share the shared kitchen and laundry room on the same floor – ideal for longer stays or if you like to cook for yourself. A quiet retreat in the middle of the city – cozy, thoughtful and equipped with everything you need. Attractions nearby: - Schloßberg and clock tower: The landmark of the city, the Schloßberg and the clock tower, are just a short walk away. Climb up the Schloßberg and enjoy the breathtaking views of Graz. - Kunsthaus Graz: This futuristic art house is a must for art lovers. It hosts modern art exhibitions and is also nearby. - Lendviertel: Explore the trendy Lendviertel, known for its lively atmosphere and cultural diversity. Here you will find trendy cafes, restaurants and boutiques. - Local market at Lendplatz and Kaiser-Josefplatz (Graz Opera) The apartment is located directly in the picturesque pedestrian zone of Graz and is easily accessible by public transport. Please note that there is no private parking. However, I am happy to help with recommendations on the parking situation nearby. If you are arriving by car, I recommend using Park & Ride (P&R) facilities for convenient access to the city center. Here are some options: Murpark (south of Graz) - A P&R area in the south of Graz that allows you to park your car safely and use public transport to the city center. P&R Weinzödl (north of Graz) - Another P&R location in the north of Graz, which is well suited for travelers from this direction. If you prefer to park your car in the city center, I recommend parking it in the "green zone," which is explained in more detail on the city of Graz website under "Parking in Graz Exemptions." There you can purchase a parking ticket for the entire stay at the machine. Note, however, that parking in the "blue zone" is limited to a maximum of 3 hours. Another option is to use the "Kastner & Öhler Garage" parking garage to park your car safely in the city center. Guest access Access to the apartment via self check-in. 24/7 possible. Other things to note The Graz visitor's tax/tourist tax of €3 per person per day is to be paid directly upon departure in cash. There is an absolute NO SMOKING 🚫 In the event of non-compliance, a €200 penalty will be charged for cleaning the curtains, carpets, etc.
