Guest access The Entire Unit (This is NOT a shared Unit) Other things to note This unit is located on the 3rd floor *PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A WALK UP* *NO ELEVATOR* CAMERA :There is a ring doorbell for both your protection and ours PARKING: There is no parking lot or designated parking space with this unit, only on street parking which can be difficult to find depending on the of the day you come/go. You may also have alternate side parking:which simply means you may have to move your car depending on the day for street sweeping. SUPPLIES : We will get you started with the standard essential supplies for your stay such as: toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish liquid, basic cooking utensils, and one garbage bag in the waste bin, however you will be responsible for purchasing additional if needed NOISE: You are visiting New York City. The unit is filled with windows. Please note that there is a possibility that you will hear cars and construction outside. Please do not book if you are not okay with city noise. TABLE: There is a small table in the seating area as shown in the photo it only seats two people. We do not have a full dining table for four people do not book if you are expecting a full dining table. Please Note: There will be a replacement cost for missing/damaged items including towels, linens, cups and plates. FAQ's... Early check-in? -There is a fee for early check-ins depending on the time you are requesting. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home following the CDC Cleaning Guidelines, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want the unit to be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm. If you are requesting an early check in please message us prior to your arrival so we can have our cleaning team expedite the cleaning by going earlier than their scheduled time. Late Check-out? -Please message us 24 hours before your departure. We cannot guarantee late check outs. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure. Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures? -Yes! We do our best to be very flexible for our guests so please message us if you are needing to drop off your luggage prior to your arrival. Luggage drop off is always after 11AM.
