The Cart Shed holiday let sits almost exactly in the middle of the Wye Valley AONB It lies on the Peregrine Path (Sustrans Route 423), 2 miles from Monmouth and 3 miles from Symonds Yat, on the banks of the River Wye. Lying within the Welsh Marches, an area steeped in history with its many castles, forts and historic monuments, local to the Offa’s Dyke Path, Wye Valley Walk and Wysis Way. Bordering the Royal Forest of Dean, an area also criss-crossed with many footpaths and cycle routes.
