Newly built lake cottage with its own dock

Enjoy the most beautiful views of the west coast in this unique accommodation with its own balcony, patio and jetty. The lake cottage is tastefully decorated and perfectly adapted for a peaceful and harmonious stay regardless of the season. Light a fire in the fireplace or take a swim in the ocean from your own dock. The space The lake house, which was completed in the summer of 2023, is fully equipped with a complete kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove and oven, a bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer, and a living room with fireplace. Upstairs, there are two smaller bedrooms, each with a bed, and a larger bedroom with a double bed and a private balcony. The private jetty directly adjacent to the house has a berth for a deep boat and its own bathing ladder. The outdoor furniture includes a gas grill, two dining areas, a large sofa set under the roof and comfortable armchairs. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are included. Cleaning is not included. The lake cottage is located on the headland in Sollidshamn, just south of Hälleviksstrand, towards Edshultshall in a southwestern location. Straight outside, you can see the spectacular Kråksundsgap and beyond it, Käringön. The environment is fantastic to explore both explore on foot and at sea and there are several nice hiking trails both along the coast and in over beautiful plains and forests. Exciting archipelago attracts discovery trips and if you come with your own boat on a trailer, there is a launching ramp nearby. Grocery stores nearby are in Ellös, Varekil and Mollösund, which you can easily reach by car. Directly adjacent to the lake cottage is the cozy Hotel Strana, which offers a cozy bar and good food, and also the Bassotto pizzeria with fantastic wood-fired pizzas. The lake cottage includes free parking parking 150 meters from the house.
