My 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Each bedroom is designed for comfort: - Master bedroom: king bed for a restful night's sleep - 2nd bedroom: queen bed for a peaceful retreat -3rd bedroom: twin bunk beds with a trundle for extra sleeping space The living room is equipped with: -Smart TV for entertainment - Cozy sofa and plenty of blankets to snuggle up -Board games for some friendly family competition or quiet time fun! Please respect this and enjoy your stay! – parking is available on site, but please ensure you don't block the double gate. – Feel free to explore the property and enjoy the amenities, including the hot tub, patio, and corn hole, star gazing – Please remember that NO PETS are permitted inside or outside of the home. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. – I kindly ask that you respect the privacy of the outbuildings and Casita, as they are not part of the guest area. Hot Tub Guidelines 1. Supervision: Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult. 2. No Additives: Do not add scents or substances to the water. 3. Noise Levels: Keep noise levels minimal, especially after 9pm. 4. Temperature is set but please do not adjust timer settings. 5. Health Considerations: Consult a healthcare professional if pregnant, having heart conditions, or under influence. 6. Shower Before Use: Remove oils, lotions, and sunscreen. 7. No Glassware: Use provided plastic containers (red cups above microwave) 8. Cover Usage: Securely cover hot tub when not in use. 9. turn off patio lights when not in use including front and back porch.
