Rustic luxury farmyard dog family friendly hot tub

Elmscroft Farmyard features 2 dog friendly barn conversions with a courtyard, garden and wood burning hot tub. The barns are made out of local ragstone and brick dating back to the late 18th century. They’re eco conscious with solar panels on the roof, EV chargers and infrared heating panels. The conversions are now complete; The Piggery is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom barn. The cowshed is a very large 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom barn The space The piggery has dining for 12 and please note that the accommodation is split between two separate buildings within a farmyard with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Goat shed (sleeps 4) - superking bedroom with ensuite - super king bedroom - family bathroom (inc bath) - kitchen, dining & lounge area Piggery (sleeps 8) - emperor bedroom - superking bedroom with ensuite - superking bedroom plus 2 single beds - family bathroom (inc bath) - toilet - kitchen/dining room - sitting room with separate mezzanine/attic snug area - hallway/reading area Other things to note There is access to a separate utility block with a washing machine and tumble dryer if needed. If you’re bringing dogs, please ensure the booking is updated to say so. There is a small extra amount of £20 which goes towards the cleaner for the extra work. There is an EV charger available for your use and understandably there is an additional charge £30 per vehicle per stay (payable in person during your stay) There is an additional charge for the use of the wood burning hot tub. It’s £50 per stay payable in person via cash or online which covers the deep cleaning, fresh water, plenty of logs and a fire starting kit (kindling, firelighters, match, a special burning log and instructions). It is then emptied and deep cleaned after your stay. You’re responsible for the starting up of the stove and heating of the water which can take up to 4 hours (involving topping up wood every 20 minutes) depending on the external temperature.
