Large apartment with free parking

Spacious and recently renovated apartment, on the second floor of a house. Located in a strategic point to visit the best places Trentino has to offer. Great location with respect to several ski lifts (25 minutes Fai della Paganella, 40 Dolasa/Marilleva, 1 hour from Madonna di Campiglio), halfway between Trento and Bolzano. There is ample parking and covered storage for bicycles/skis. (announcement newly created for bureaucratic reasons after more than a year as Superhost) The space The apartment has an entrance that leads to a large open-space living area, including a kitchen and dining room. The bathroom has a tub/shower and benefits from a large window that guarantees plenty of natural light. The unit offers three bedrooms, accommodating up to eight people. A sofa bed for a ninth person can be added upon request, with a small surcharge. Guest access The apartment is fully at the guests' disposal and is located on the second floor of a private home. Guests can enjoy total privacy and comfort during their stay. There are two flights of stairs to access the apartment. Other things to note The payment of the provincial tourist tax is required (Article 15 of Provincial Law no. 8 of August 12, 2020 8 - Presidential Decree no. 15-28/Leg of December 3, 2020 15-28/Leg). This tax is payable by every person who stays in the accommodation facilities located in the provincial territory, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights at the same facility. The tax amount is €1/person/night, excluding children under 14 years of age. Our guests are entitled to the TRENTINO GUEST CARD. Anyone interested can request it directly from us after booking.
