Welcome to the Eastport Peninsula, your journey starts with a drive along the Trans Canada Highway and turn off onto highway 310, Road to The Beaches located on the western side of Terra Nova National Park. After travelling through Terra Nova Park a short distance over the longest causeway in Newfoundland. The first community to pass through on the way to Eastport is Sandringham a picturesque place. There is a café in the middle of town that has ice cream service during the summer months. The main entrance facing the valley welcomes you into a home with large foyer with a chest holding a number of fun outside games, then you will enter a dining/sitting area next to the great room. Also, on this level there is a half bathroom, large dining room and fully equipped kitchen. On the upper level there is a master bedroom with king bed and full size bathroom plus in the corner of the master bedroom there is a jacuzzi tub. Also, on this level, a full size bathroom with a tub and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second bedroom with bunk beds, top single and double on the bottom. On the lower level there is a full bathroom, a bedroom with a queen size bed, office sitting area with books and board games, also a games room with ping pong table. Guest access Access to the property includes large garden with six person hot tub, a viewing deck over looking the large valley below and a large deck with dining sitting and another relaxing sitting area. Plus the added bonus of a highly rated Vermont Castings barbecue. Also a variety of teas and coffees supplied. Other things to note Places to visit on the Eastport Peninsula: Boulder Creek Market Café; they sell a variety of lunch items plus many locally made crafts and souvenirs. Salvage, a picturesque, historic fishing village known for its rugged, scenic charm, red fishing stages, and extensive coastal hiking trails and the newly opened Salvaje Longhouse brewery, they serve a variety of drinks and meals right on the Salvage cove. Visit Burnside Archaeological Centre to learn about the area's indigenous history. Or take the ferry to St. Brendan's for a few hours or just a trip on the water, maybe even see some interesting wild life. Sandy cove has beautiful walking trail down to Sandy Cove Beach great for picture taking! Plus there is children's horse back riding and animal petting in Sandy Cove. Registration Details 32368
