Little Granite Lake House

Create a memorable getaway at our family’s peaceful and secluded lake house. Take the pontoon out for a cruise around the lake, relax on the dock, listen to the loons, and spend your evenings next to a crackling fire. Only a 5 minute drive to groceries, dining, and shops in the charming town of Cumberland. The space The cabin has 2 bedrooms and a second story loft that is open to the common spaces below. The bathroom has a standing shower (no bathtub). The kitchen, dining, and living area have an open layout with vaulted ceilings. Beds: Bedroom 1 (Queen bed) Bedroom 2 (Two Twin beds) Loft (Queen bed) Guest access We invite guests to stay and enjoy our family’s cabin as if it were their own. Guests have access to a kayak, fishing poles, propane BBQ grill, and an outdoor fire pit. Upon request, we are happy to provide access to a pack’n’play and high chair. An electric pontoon is available to rent for an additional fee of $250 per stay. Little Granite Lake is one of the cleanest lakes in the area. Please note that this is a no-wake lake with motor restrictions. Guests are welcome to bring their own watercraft, and launch at the public boat launch down the road. Other things to note Our property does not have Wifi or a television. There is excellent cell service with Verizon, but we're unsure about other carriers. If this is a concern, please check with your cellular provider in advance about cell service in this area.
