La Villa des Chênes Blancs, 7 people, with pool

Located in a wooded environment of oaks, halfway between Sauve and Anduze, very beautiful villages of the Gard, easy access to the sea and the big cities Montpellier, Nîmes and Arles, the house will allow you to spend a stay with friends or family in peace and quiet. The space With an area of 130 m2, the house can accommodate up to 7 people. You will enjoy its terrace shaded by large oaks, its large fenced garden and its beautiful 4 m x 8 m swimming pool without any neighbors. On the ground floor you will find a spacious and bright set of areas dedicated to catering, relaxation or, away from it all, an office activity. All of this makes you feel like you're living with the surrounding nature. The three bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Guest access The house is yours! You have access to the whole house, its surrounding garden with the pool. Only the workshop part will not be available. Thank you for your respect! You can park inside the grounds (2 spaces) and in front of the gate (2 spaces). The house is located in Saint-Jean-de-Crieulon, but some GPS or sites may indicate it under the name of Villesèque. Both names refer to the same municipality. Other things to note In order to ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay for all, we kindly ask you to respect the following few guidelines: Unfortunately, our pets are not allowed. It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the house. House is unavailable for parties or other gatherings. We ask you to think about the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and the place (no excessive noise, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.). THANK YOU! Things to Note: As the house is located in the south of France, episodes of high temperatures can occur in summer, especially in July and August some years. Air conditioning is installed in the living room and cools the entire ground floor. The rooms are not air-conditioned, but equipped with fans. There are no shops in the village, usually a bread distributor, a small market on Friday morning, sometimes a pizza truck one evening a week in high season. You will find a number of different shops in the surrounding villages, each 10 to 15 minutes away by car. You will receive more detailed information in the welcome booklet sent before your arrival.
