Modern, spacious and family-friendly flat in Brixton. 10min walk to Brixton underground, 15mins walk to Herne Hill, and just down the road from Brixton Village and market. This comfortable two bed apartment is located on the fourth floor with a balcony and access to a playground on the courtyard. The space This is our home, which we rent out when we are away. It’s a modern two-bed flat, located on the fourth floor with large balcony overlooking the neighbourhood and lush Brockwell Park. The living room is equipped with a large sofa, a Smart TV and a dining table that can seat 4 people. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances. Two bedrooms. The large bedroom has a King size bed and a baby cot. The smaller bedroom has a double bed, and a dedicated workspace with desk, monitor and ergonomic chair. Spacious and clean bathroom with a bathtub equipped with a handheld shower. Guest access Guests have full access to all rooms in the apartment (except for a storage room where we store our things). This includes access to kitchen, dining, living space, two bedrooms, bathroom and utility room with washing machine. Our private balcony is there for guests to use which has a dining table and chairs to have a drink/food at. In the large, gated, shared garden area which our balcony overlooks there is a playground including seesaw, two kids swings, spinning seat and small climbing frame with slide. Guests have full use of this shared space. Other things to note There is free weekend on-street parking immediately outside the apartments. During the week it is pay by phone Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm. House keys are picked up and returned at a safe storage space 12mins walk from the flat (on the way to the flat if you're arriving from Brixton underground/station).
