You will also have direct access to our private beaches. Other things to note ** Note: as of 1/1/2026 the HOA has implemented a $10 a day parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $10/night. This is a non smoking unit. Pets are not allowed. No Parties under any circumstance. Renters must be 23 or over. These are HOA rules and guidelines so there is no wiggle room.
