The Villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a chef's kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, front yard patio & garden, back yard with cedar wood hot tub, and a History you will love! The space A unique, sparkling clean home meant to evoke a bygone era through artwork, furniture, photography, and history. The ultimate location! Steps from the Eastern Gateway to the Sunset Strip! The Great Gatsby Villa is a Classic Hollywood Spanish style home built in 1926 that is walled and gated, with almost 2000 square feet of living space, with a Front Yard with Private Patio, featuring stunning views of the Sunset above the Chateau Marmont and Hollywood Hills West, with shared access to the back yard Courtyard with Canopy Day Bed, Cedar Wood Hot Tub, and Fire Pit. Convenient parking is located on the street behind the home and for all your groups' cars, with LA City Guest Parking Permits that available for a nominal fee on a per car per day basis. The most convenient entrance to the home is located off of this street, where you can temporarily park to load and unload luggage, and enter the property. There is also a formal entrance at the front of the home. We live in the small apartment at the back of the property, sharing only one common wall with soundproofing built inside the wall, in addition to two doorways with double doors and soundproofing in between, to effectively seal them off from the main house--like a wall. We have a no pets policy, due to us having a small dog on the property. Guest access Your own private Villa with 3 Bedrooms, including a Primary Bedroom with a plush King size bed and a futon and desk, a Secondary Bedroom with 2 Queen size beds and desk, a Third Bedroom with a Queen size bed, 2 full Bathrooms, a Chef's Kitchen with Bertazzoni stove and stainless steel appliances, a formal Dining Room, an extremely large and voluminous step down Living Room, a Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer, a Front Yard Patio and Garden with flowing fountains , and a formal Grand Entrance to the property. Shared access to the Courtyard amenities, including Cedar Wood Hot Tub, Canopy Day Bed, Fire Pit, Semi Circle Sofa, and Gas Grill. Other things to note Entrance Gate is at the back of the property, just to the left of The Great Gatsby logo on the wall. Keyless smart lock, entry with code. Enter into the Courtyard, then head right toward the Side Yard, to the Side Door for entry. There is also a Formal Entrance at the front of the property that is accessible to pedestrians. The Villa is set up like a boutique hotel, with a chef's kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, wine refrigerator, Bertazzoni stove, essential cookware, utensils, coffee maker, hot water kettle, rice cooker, toaster, and blender. It has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal for a group of 8 adults. The kitchen and dining room open up to the large and spacious living room, which is adjacent to the front patio and garden, to create a great open space environment with an excellent indoor outdoor flow. Our family lives behind you in the small owner's unit, you so you might here some faint music or dog woofs on occasion.
