An elegant and bright apartment in the heart of the Farnesina neighborhood, just a stone's throw away from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Foro Italico, boasting a delightful private terrace. Thanks to its strategic location, yet away from the hustle and bustle, it's the perfect place to unwind after a day of meetings or exploring the wonders of the Eternal City. The space My apartment is located on the 4th floor of a residential building equipped with an elevator, offering ample brightness thanks to its dual exposure and featuring a private terrace with a relaxing view of the neighborhood's greenery. When furnishing it, I opted for an elegant and timeless style that reflects the everlasting beauty of the city it belongs to. Upon entering, you'll find the kitchen right in front of you, equipped with a practical folding table and all the necessary amenities for cooking, including gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster, and espresso machine. From this room, you can also access the utility balcony, connected to the bedroom. The bedroom is spacious and very bright, furnished with a large double bed, two bedside tables with dedicated lamps, and an elegant dresser where you can store your personal belongings. Additionally, there's a comfortable loveseat, an HD TV, and an air conditioner in the room. Continuing along the corridor leading to the living area and bathroom, you'll find a practical wardrobe on your right, complete with hangers for storing your clothes. The elegant bathroom, adorned with gray marble and featuring a window, has been recently renovated and boasts a spacious sink, bidet, and a shower cabin with a rainfall showerhead. Here, you'll also find the washing machine, available for your use free of charge. The last space of the house is the living room, bathed in natural light thanks to the French doors opening onto the terrace. It comprises a living area with a sofa and two armchairs, a bookcase with a selection of books, and a dining table for two. The terrace, accessible from this room and furnished with a table and four chairs, is my favorite corner of the house: I love dining here on summer evenings or lounging in the sun with a book during the day! During winter, my home is efficiently heated through central heating. In summer, it can be cooled down thanks to the air conditioner in the bedroom. A fast, free, and unlimited Wi-Fi connection is available. Guest access For your stay, the house will be entirely at your disposal, cleaned and fully equipped by a professional cleaning company. The setup includes bedding (sheets, pillowcases, pillows, and blankets), bathroom linens (face and body towels for each guest), and a welcome courtesy kit (shampoo, soap, and toilet paper) for each guest.
