The space AMI Beach Lagoon is a unique ground-floor lakefront resort consisting of three individual suites arranged across two buildings on a spacious lot along North Shore Drive. The Manatee Suite is the private 1-bedroom, 2-bath suite within this property. When rented individually, the Turtle and Pelican Suites may also be occupied by other registered guest parties. In that case, outdoor amenities are shared in a resort-style setting. The outdoor space is the heart of the property. A large heated saltwater pool in the distinctive shape of a Mickey Mouse with attached spa is centrally located between the buildings. Surrounding the pool area are multiple seating and lounging areas, a putting green, a giant life-size chess board, and ample space to gather or relax. Behind the property lies Vista Lake with a private dock, offering opportunities for fishing, kayaking, and wildlife observation, including manatees and coastal birds. The Manatee Suite includes a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, full-sized washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and a private covered pergola terrace with outdoor seating and a dedicated grill. All suites are ground level with wide doors and low-threshold showers, providing comfortable accessibility for guests of all ages. Guest access Manatee Suite guests have private access to their suite via a personal entry code for the electronic keyless lock. In this 1-bedroom rental configuration, only the master bedroom is accessible. The remaining bedrooms of the full 3-bedroom suite remain locked and are not rented to other guests. When suites are rented individually, certain outdoor amenities such as the pool, spa, dock, and shared exterior spaces may be shared with other registered guests staying in the Turtle or Pelican Suites. Other things to note In this 1-bedroom rental configuration, only the master bedroom is accessible. The remaining bedrooms of the full 3-bedroom suite remain locked and are not rented to other guests. You will have the entire unit completely to yourself; all outdoor areas and shared amenities (pool, spa, dock, kayaks, putting green, seating areas etc.) remain available for use by guests of the other suites as well. Exterior video surveillance with motion-activated recording is installed in the driveway, pool equipment zones, pool deck, kayak rack and lakefront areas. No cameras are installed inside any building. Spa Usage: The spa is available daily between 1:00 PM and 10:00 PM only. Pool and spa share one heating and circulation system, which can operate either the pool or the spa, but not both at the same time. Extended spa use stops pool circulation and heating and negatively affects water quality. Operation outside these hours is not possible. Smart thermostats operate within regulated ranges to ensure reliable system performance and indoor comfort. Due to documented health considerations within the Owner’s family, this is a strictly animal-free property. No pets and no animals of any kind are permitted anywhere on the property, including for guests and visitors. Any unauthorized animal on the premises constitutes a material breach of the rental terms and may result in immediate termination of the stay, removal from the property, and charges for specialized cleaning and any resulting damages. Preventive pest control is performed regularly; however, due to Florida’s warm and humid subtropical climate, occasional insects or small lizards may appear indoors despite best efforts. This is typical for the region. We encourage guests to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect their stay against unforeseen circumstances.
