Guest access Guests have private access to the Manatee 1BR Suite, including all interior rooms that belong to this rental configuration and the private covered terrace under the pergola. The remaining bedrooms and bathrooms of the full 3BR layout remain locked and are not accessible. These areas are not rented to other guests. All guests share the large heated saltwater pool and spa, the putting green, the giant chess board, common outdoor seating areas, the kayaks and the dock on Vista Lake.
