Imagine drinking your morning beverage on your private sun deck, hiking right from your backyard on beautiful trails, eating a delicious dinner at one of the nearby restaurants, then ending your day with an evening soak in the hot tub overlooking the nighttime city lights? This property has it all! The space Also, each room has remote control blinds, vinyl floors, and little touches of modern features and appliances. The master bedroom includes a European size bed and remote control ceiling fan. The Home has a built in heater, A/C and house fan as well! Guest access This home has a separate entrance with a shared driveway. Your free parking is uncovered, and located right next to your front door. The backyard is gated separately for you to enjoy your own deck, hot tub, patio and garden. Other things to note The second bathroom has a new, stackable washer and dryer with laundry soap included. The large kitchen island with 4 bar stools also features a microwave drawer to help afford lots of counter space for cooking, eating and socializing. This modern kitchen as everything you’ll need, including a gas, stove and oven! There is no separate kitchen table, but the island serves as a wonderful large table and we also keep a folding table and chairs in the closet for extra seating. Also, although there is only one large bed in the bedroom, if you let us know ahead of time, we have a special type of sectional couch that can be reconfigured into a place to sleep. It is a special type of couch, not an actual bed, please understand.
