Hilltop Hideout- Private & Dog Friendly

Get away from it all when you stay under the Texas stars at our Hilltop Hideout! Ask about our Active Military Discount and our Dog Sitting service! With gorgeous hilltop views, chirping birds and deer lounging in the grass. Close to town and modern conveniences but far enough away to enjoy nature. Private tiny house cabin sleeps two with a trundle bed (2 twin beds, one slides under the other). Kitchen is stocked with cooking basics including a refrigerator, microwave and coffee. The space This rustic cabin is dog friendly (small doggy door but larger pets are welcome) with spacious deck, fence all around, small doggy door and shade sail! Gaze at the stars at night while enjoying the Cowboy pool and having a cocktail! Summertime is baby deer season and there are lots of deer around the property. Property is best suited to one or two adults or one adult and one child. Please keep in mind that we are in the country, so will occasionally have the common pests around the cabin so it’s best not to leave out food. Guest access My property is at the very top of a hill. Once you arrive, text me and I will greet you and show you the accommodations. The Tiny House has its own fenced in area with Cowboy pool, fire pit and deck. There is also a small doggy door for those bringing furry friends. Other things to note The bathroom has an old fashioned “Sawdust” toilet which is like a compost toilet and must be emptied when full. Every time the guest uses the toilet, sawdust must be added to cover the waste. There is no odor, but it is different than a regular toilet. There is a $25 per pet fee, per stay. Note: Pool is available in warmer months (May-September). Please ask if available to use during cooler months (April and October). Additional pool fee of $50.00 will be added if requested April and October. Pool is unavailable November - March) Note: Honey bee hives on property but bees are rarely seen near the cabin.
