The space The apartment has two bedrooms, a separate living and dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. The main bedroom has a 150 x 200 cm double bed and an en-suite toilet. The other bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm bed. The living room has a chaise longue sofa that can seat three people and a 55-inch Smart TV. The dining room has a table for six guests. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. It also has all the necessary kitchenware for you to enjoy your holiday (it has an Italian coffee maker). It has a full bathroom with a shower. It has electric heating (for more information see "Other important details") It's a flat on the third floor with no lift. The apartment has everything you need for a few days of rest and relaxation: Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, kitchenware and appliances. Guest access This apartment is rented in its entirety and will be fully available to our guests. Other things to note **Heating** This home has heating by electric radiators enabled from November to April. Appealing to responsible use as part of a climate and social emergency situation, we want to be part of the solution and not the problem. Therefore, and given the oceanic climate of our city, where temperatures in the coldest winter months range from 6 to 15 degrees, we will have heating available in two time slots, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon and always maintaining a temperature that ranges between 18 and 20 degrees. The maximum ignition time is limited to 4-6 hours per day depending on the weather and can be chosen by the guests. It's important to understand that heating a property like ours, which is 70 m², is not the same as heating a smaller space like a hotel room (15 m²). **Toasters** In order to avoid cross-contamination, we remove toasters from our homes. A toaster is an item that cannot go through a disinfection process with hot water or other cleaning that ensures the removal of traces of gluten and other allergens. Unlike a hotel, a kitchen and utensils such as pans or even oven are available in a house/apartment, so the function of a toaster is easily replaceable. **Home textiles** We reduce our ecological footprint and environmental impact: a set of sheets per bed is provided during the stay.
