The space What to expect about the property: 1. There is a window Air Conditioning unit provided on the second level and fans provided for you to use as needed. There is no central air conditioning. 2. The stairs leading to the second level have a hand railing on the right side. The left side of the staircase is open. Please use caution! 3. The Ceiling at the top of the stairs is lower than usual. Please use caution! 4. There is no railing around the entirety of the front porch. There is a hand railing on the steps. Please use caution! 5. The house is within walking distance to local shops and restaurants (less than 1 mile). Both local beaches are within driving distance (within 1-2 miles). Guest access The entire home will be accessible by guests! Other things to note I appreciate the sacrifice our military and service members make for us, that is why I will gladly offer a discount to all military, veterans and first responders!
