Quiet Hours are 11:00pm - 8:00am. Groups are welcomed but all guests must be registered. The home’s maximum capacity is 6 registered guests and no pets are allowed. Extra guests will incur a fee. The home features tons of great amenities that we encourage you to explore and use. Stairs are required in order to reach some of the bedrooms and major areas of the home. There is an upstairs door in the home that will be locked and this room is off-limits. The garage is not available for use. Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB.
