No Liability for Host: The Host shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death to any guest, person on or off the property, or their property, regardless of whether such injury, loss, or death was caused by: 🔴 The negligence or intentional acts of the guests. The actions of third parties (e.g., other guests, visitors, intruders). 🔴 The proper or improper use of any amenities or features of the property. Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings at all times. Guest Liability for Damages: Guests shall be liable for the entire cost of any damage caused to the rented unit, including but not limited to appliances, furnitures, and other amenities. This liability includes the costs of repair or replacement, which may include materials, labor, transportation, and communication expenses. Other things to note 💜 Light Cooking We're happy to provide basic kitchen equipment for light cooking (e.g., frying eggs or boiling pasta). To ensure everyone's comfort, we kindly request our guests to avoid preparing dishes with strong odors or which produce excessive smoke (e.g., frying or boiling fish). For more elaborate meals, we recommend checking out nearby restaurants. Heavy cooking, such as braising, making stocks, sauces, or cooking large meals, may be allowed for a small fee of Php 80/day to cover the additional electricity cost. Please let us know in advance if you plan on doing any heavy cooking. 💜 Pool Use Relaxing by the garden and pool is complimentary for all guests. Pool usage on the other hand will entail a minimal charge of Php 150/person/2 hours, payable to concierge upon registration. Children 3 years and below may use the pool free of charge, subject to adult supervision. Pool may or may not be available. Kindly inform us in advance if you wish to use this amenity. 💜 Direction Use Waze to drive to Serin West Tagaytay. We are near Ayala Malls Serin and Our Lady of Lourdes Parish. 🟢Check-in and Check-out Meet us in the lobby for the keys and parking location. 📍Early check-in or late check-out fee = Php 300/hr/fraction 📍Late check-in fee (i.e. check-in after 16:00pm) = Php 150 💫Early check-out fee = none, subject to 1 hour prior notice to the host and host's availability. 🟢Amenities We provide free secured parking for 1 car. We always provide our guests with fresh linens, towels and basic toiletries (i.e. shampoo, soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste). To ensure your well-being, we recommend bringing your own drinking water and indoor footwear. Wi-Fi name and password will be provided upon your arrival. 🟢 What To Do and Bring For entry and security purposes, please confirm the exact number of people checking in. Bring valid IDs for entry and parking. Share your vehicle plate number before your arrival. 🟢 Things to Remember Guests are solely responsible for any damage they cause to the property. This includes the cost of repairs and/or replacements, covering materials, labor, transportation, and any other related expenses. Washing garmets is not allowed. For your convenience, laundromat is available beside the building. A fine of Php500 will be charged for each violation of rules on cooking and washing.
