Other things to note The downstairs bathroom is the last area to be completed; it needs insulation, drywall, a vanity, and a few other minor upgrades. However, it already has a fully functional large shower and toilet. Guests also have full access to a washer and dryer. The upstairs bathroom is fully finished, complete with both a shower and a bathtub. The backyard and patio are still a work in progress, but you’re more than welcome to use them! We have chairs and a BBQ available for your enjoyment.
