You'll have your own small yard which is perfect for pets, a private entrance, and a cozy unit for you and a loved one. 2 miles away from Kyle field and Texas A&M. Enjoy the town, and then come back to rest in your own little hideaway! Wake up on Saturday morning to shop the farmer's market, enjoy a walk in Aggie Park, or check out great restaurants and bars nearby. Right behind us, we also have Bee Creek Trail so you can take a morning stroll with coffee or a perfect spot to walk your pups! This centrally located home has it all - location and space! Centrally located with around 2 miles from Kyle Fields and Texas A&M University, with easy access to amazing restaurants and activities, you'll be ready for anything! The bedroom has a top-rated 12 inch memory foam mattress, ample light, and a large closet. The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs, from pots & pans to mixing bowls, microwave, dishwasher, and drip coffee maker. The living room TV is a Smart TV with several apps pre-loaded. Please bring your own passwords to access your favorite services. We have Wifi, plus board games & card games to enjoy! The fenced back yard is very large; bring your own lawn chairs! We have a couple of chairs outside for you to enjoy your morning coffee to! Guest have access to the entire unit (with the exception to the owners closet) and the private fenced backyard. We are not there, but if you need anything we're just a quick message away! We are located in a quadplex with several neighbors that are long term tenants. Please be respectful of the full time residents and other guests during your stay. We recommend getting a car to cruise between College Station and Bryan. Uber and Lyft are available for game days! Quiet hours are from 10pm-6am. No smoking or vaping. No parties or engagements. Please pick up after your pets.
