This two story duplex is super roomy and has all the comforts. My husband and I utilise the other side as our own holiday home and are on site from time to time. Woodgate Beach is both untouched and peaceful and has the ability to sooth the soul. If you want a place to unplug and walk along a 17km beach with no crowds, take a swim, fish or get out on your Kayak, this peace of paradise is for you! Kitchen - Oven, stove, microwave, air fryer, fully equiped with pots, pans, cutlery, crockery etc. Sandwich press, Nespresso pod machine. Dinning Room - Eight seater dining table and ceiling fans. Lounge Room - 3 seater and 2 seater couches, TV, TV console table, coffee table, floor lamp, side table and ceiling fan. Laundry - Washer and dryer, 2nd toilet. Bathroom - Double shower and double sinks. Seperate toilet. Outdoor Shower - Hot outdoor shower located in the car port at rear of property. Patio downstairs - 8 seater table, BBQ.
