This suite is extremely spacious and airy, standing out for its gourmet outdoor area equipped with a private pool, GELB gas barbecue, brewer, two-burner cooktop, water filter, Nespresso machine with aerocchino, electric kettle and complete kitchen set. Important: The outdoor area with swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the guests of this suite. In addition, the villa has a rooftop with a sofa, ideal for contemplating the starry sky of Caraíva. The location is privileged, just 100m from the beach, in one of the most popular spots on the waterfront, and close to several restaurants and bars, ensuring easy access without the inconvenience of night noise. The villa also offers a 38m² suite with an outdoor area and hammock, perfect for a home office, equipped with a table, two chairs and high-speed internet. Property differentials include a modern filter system to improve drinking water quality, a generator to minimize the impacts of frequent power outages in the high season, selective collection and solar energy, promoting sustainability. The showers are equipped with pressurizers for strong and powerful baths, and the bed and bath linens are from the Buddemeyer brand, with 300 threads. The villa is pet friendly and has an ice machine for the convenience of guests. Guest access Caraíva is a small village with no access to a car. Circulation is done entirely on foot or by carts, which are used only for luggage. If you come by car, you will need to leave it in a parking lot across the river.
