You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place. The peace and solitude is life giving . The terrain and accommodations are simply amazing. 5 star amenities. Feed the longhorns. Fish . Read a book on the deck . Have fun watching Pablo ( the donkey be a Jack Ass ) . Sip our wine or enjoy some sweet tea , take a FRESH BREATH of AIR . Turn off the noise and the phone and be intentional- God , Gathering, and Gratitude are what this place is all about ❤️ The space THE SPACE: This is a full functional apartment above the barn. We want you to know that you must walk UP STAIRS to the guest house. There is a rail , but there is NO ELEVATOR. Bedroom : King Bed, with private bathroom. The king bed has Bella Notte bedding, which is pure luxury in our opinion. Extra pillows are available for your liking as well. Open Space living room: Has a QUEEN pull out sofa sleeper ( arriving March 22nd 2024) so prior booking and guest will not have just yet. Open Space has a twin blow up air mattress. The space has breath taking views and the property is maintained like a Four Season Resort. We expect our guest to respect the hard work and time of labor and love we give this property daily. We will ask each guest to sign an additional waiver upon arrival because we do have LARGE LONGHORNS, POND , AND DONKEYS. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any decisions our animals make , as it comes with knowledge of staying on a ranch with live animals. We do on occasion have events in the barn . We also disclose to any guest if there is an event on the books prior to booking . The Property is close to Round Top, Texas. Cat Spring is in Austin County. Cross Road Tavern AKA Country Club is a local favorite. We are located approximately 1.15 hours to downtown Houston. Near By grocery stores - Bellville or Sealy Texas We share a property with an exotic animal spotting safari . Their animal attractions are enjoyable . M3 Ranch will be launching M3 Cellars soon and ranch dinners Fall 2024. Guest access Guest will have full access to apartment above the barn. Below is our wine tasting room . Guest are welcome to roam around the pond, fish, picnic, feed the donkey and watch the longhorns. Other things to note We are here to make your stay incredibly enjoyable.
