The charming house features central heat and air and reliable, fast internet. The elevated location is above the road for a scenic view. The road is lightly travelled ( 5 cars / hour) Runners and bikers can easily use the paved road or the 12 mile long Mendota Trail that stretches from Mendota to Bristol. No smoking inside. Pets not allowed. The space A cozy turn of the century two bedroom home, lovingly restored with lots of artsy touches. It sits on a picturesque farm across from our apple and cherry orchard, with an easy walk to the Holston River and the Mendota Trail. Guest access You’re welcome to enjoy the whole space and all its amenities however we do ask that fires not be burned on the premises. Sitting above the paved but lightly travelled state road, it is easy access for both cars and motorcycles. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside the house but is permitted on the porches. Should you choose not to follow this rule a $300 fee will be requested.
