NO PET FEE! Welcome to Pier-a-Vida! A Pet Friendly custom cottage in the heart of the OBX. A short walk from Kitty Hawk Bay & the most beautiful sunsets! Near the sound-side walking path for you & your dog that connects Kitty Hawk & Kill Devil Hills. Beach access is quick & easy. Located just across the bypass from Avalon Pier we provide a parking pass for you to enjoy. Centrally located to all of the delicious local restaurants & sightseeing adventures Pier-a-Vida is the perfect home base. The space Our home features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, an open floor plan, full kitchen and living room with TV /streaming. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and an oversized closet. The second bedroom has a queen with a twin bunk. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and ceiling fans. The full bathroom is family friendly with a bathtub shower combo. There is also an additional outdoor shower available. The outside space is comprised of a deck with plenty of seating for everyone. A semi-private backyard with fire pit, chairs, and hammock are a perfect addition for your relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after your day at the beach. We offer two bikes and two beach chairs, cornhole boards, a parking pass for Avalon Pier and beach access. **Avalon Pier has live music on the weekends, fishing rod rentals, an arcade, bar food, beer and wine. We are extremely dog friendly and do not charge a pet fee. We just ask that you and your pets are respectful of our home. We have two dog crates available for your use....a large wire crate and a small plastic crate. Feel free to use what you need. We do not supply a dog bed. A washer and dryer is conveniently located downstairs. Also provided is an outdoor shower and water hose to wash away unwanted sand. Guest access You may enjoy the entire home, inside and out. There is enough parking in the driveway for at least 2 cars. Other things to note A starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, a trash bag, sponge, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner are included. Complementary beach towels are also included in a basket in the laundry room, however, if you use them, we ask that you wash and return them to the basket for our next guests. 👉 Beach Conditions….Want to stay in the know?
