Spend your time outside in the front or back gardens, watching the flowers and birds. Cook family meals in the window-laden kitchen and enjoy every cooking appliance or tool you might need. Grab some eggs from the chicken coop in the backyard for a tasty breakfast. Make cocktails to enjoy on the patio. Play at the neighborhood park just a 3 minute walk out the front door. Enjoy memory foam mattresses in both bedrooms, a cozy living room with lots of plants, and a full workspace complete with a stand-up desk and walking pad if you need to work. Our neighborhood is perfectly positioned to take advantage of all Flagstaff has to offer. You can drive just 5 minutes to downtown Flagstaff, go farther north to the Grand Canyon, or walk out the front door to the urban trail to walk downtown or go for a hike in the forest. Guest access The entire property is yours to use! Other things to note As with many homes in Flagstaff, our house does not have AC. The summer temperatures stay low enough that the house remains comfortable. If you'd like it to be cooler, you can also open the windows at night. Please note that we live in this home most of the year. The house will be professionally cleaned before your arrival, and we are very tidy, so you will have plenty of room for your personal items. We also have chickens in a coop in the backyard and plenty of live plants in the home. We are happy to have someone stop by to care for the chickens and plants, or if you'd rather, you're welcome to.
