Welcome to paradise! Our little villa tucked away in a private gated community near Jaco Beach is approximately 2,900 sq ft with a roomy 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This modern beach house is only 100 yards from Hermosa Beach, a world famous surfing destination. We have a wonderful rooftop patio with a 360 degree view, including sunsets and stargazing, and a 5 person jacuzzi for your enjoyment. Our favorite neighbors are the beautiful scarlet macaws who frequent the trees on our property ! The space The villa has a great open floor plan that spans the 2,900 sq ft. We have two full suites with attached ensuite bathrooms, and a luxurious soaking tub in the master bath! First floor bedroom has queen bed and is right bext to bathroom. Our final bedroom has both a double-sized murphy bed and a queen pull-out couch. It has a spacious living area with a reclining sofa, a recliner, the sofa bed and 50" TV and mini fridge. Curtain can seperate the beds for privacy. Portable speaker for music. It also has an attached bathroom with shower as well as a nice balcony facing the ocean. The kitchen has all of the amenities that you'll need during your stay, including a dishwasher, full sized fridge, gas cooktop, electric oven, and microwave. Well equiped kitchen, air fryer, toaster oven, coffemaker, blender, etc. The living room space is cozy, with comfortable seating and a 55" TV with access to cable TV, and Roku entertainment (1st and 3rd floors) that gives you access to log into your Netflix account or use mine. Kolbi fiber optic, 3 tv's and wifi throughout the house and wifi works on rooftop. The most beautiful areas of the property can be found outdoors. We have a stunning rooftop entertaining space with 360 degree views of Playa Hermosa. Gas bbq on roof deck, table, chairs, sofa, ice chest, sink, and a nice pergola with shade cloth. 5 person jacuzzi. Catch some sun and watch the scarlet macaws fly by in the lazy afternoons. We also have a backyard patio with built in charcoal or wood BBQ. Retractible awning for shade. We are looking forward to hosting you in our little slice of paradise!
