The space The accommodation has 5 bedrooms with capacity to accommodate up to 10 people. There are 3 suites and 2 bedrooms with single beds that share a bathroom. The living room is spacious and offers several leisure and rest areas. The regional kitchen is equipped to prepare meals for the whole family. The outdoor space is ideal for sunbathing, reading in the shade of the trees, and enjoying moments of socializing with family and friends. An old laundry tub has been converted into a swimming pool where guests can cool off during their stay. There is also a barbecue available for use in the outdoor area. Other things to note The property is part of a farm with other houses belonging to the family. The other houses are spaced apart to ensure privacy, but if you want to park inside the property, you must enter through a gate that crosses the other houses. Otherwise, you can park on the street. If you want a crib, it must be requested in advance. The washing tank that has been turned into a swimming pool has a shallow depth so diving is not allowed. The pool has no protection, so children in the outdoor area should always be supervised by an adult. Important Information – Municipal Tourist Tax In accordance with the regulations in force, all guests are subject to the payment of the Municipal Tourist Tax, which will be charged prior to arrival.
