The space INDOORS: Serendipity features vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, and a fully equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar and three stools. The dining room seats four comfortably, and the cozy living room has four recliners for you to relax in. You'll also find USB A & C outlets at the kitchen bar for your convenience. Wi-Fi is available throughout the cabin. There are 3 Smart Televisions available. ***Please note that you will need your accounts for popular Streaming Services, such as Netflix, HBO Max, Apple TV, Prime Video, and Disney+. etc.*** The living room offers a comfortable electric loveseat with a console for remotes, two reclining chairs, and a 55" Smart TV. The main bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and plenty of closet and dresser space, including extra blankets. A 40 " Smart TV is provided. The nightstand has a USB-A outlet for your gadgets. The secondary bedroom features a full-sized bed & dresser. A 40 " Smart TV is provided. You'll find a pull-out workspace with an ergonomic chair in the room, along with a USB-A charging port located on the headboard shelf. Both bathrooms have towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap & body wash. A hairdryer is provided in the main bathroom. An iron w/ ironing board is provided in the main bedroom closet. All windows are outfitted with pull-down Levolor blinds and screens to ensure privacy and comfort. OUTDOORS: The screened-in porch offers protection from insects and comfortable seating for four. The outdoor deck features a 4-person table and chair set, a 2-person bistro set, a 2-person bench, and a propane gas grill. The stone fire pit with outdoor seating overlooks the hillside. Firewood is available for purchase at $8 a bundle. Private parking is available on the premises, providing sufficient space for up to three vehicles. PETS: - Approval & Fees: Only one dog permitted per stay. No cats, sorry. Prior approval is required. A non-refundable pet fee of $50 is added to your booking. - Restrictions: Dog must be house-trained. No cats are permitted. Dogs under 30 lbs only. - Behavior: Dog must be leashed at all times when in common areas or outside the house. - Supervision: Dog may not be left unattended inside the house for more than 2 hours unless crated. - Furniture: Pets are prohibited from climbing on beds, sofas, or other furniture. Please bring your own dog bed or crate. - Waste Removal: Always pick up your pet's waste immediately. Avoid allowing your pet to relieve itself near the house, especially in landscaped areas with moss and shrubs. - Damages: Guests are financially responsible for pet-related damages or excessive pet hair removal. GUEST ACCESS: Key Pad Entry: Access code to be provided on the day of check-in. Guest access The entire property is available for guest access. Maximum of four guests.
