Peaceful Apt by the Airport

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located unit. This hidden gem is located just minutes from PHL airport, and about 15min to Center City, 20min to Wilmington, and 10 min to Trainer. You will find a 2 in 1 washer/dryer that gets your clothes cleaned and dried in 2-3 hours. Both TVs have Roku with Netflix. You will have keyless entry and access to the thermostat for central air and heating. The kitchen has all the essentials, and there is parking on premises. Note: 1 traveler max The space You won't have to worry about being a little loud here. The building is a detached house that has a separate storage/work unit we access from time to time, which is pretty soundproof anyways, but you won't have to think about next-door neighbors or anything. Other things to note ***NO SMOKING ALLOWED ANYWHERE INDOORS*** $1000 FEE, and much higher if air ducts need to be replaced. No overnight guests allowed, and quiet hours start at 10pm and end at 9am. No flushable wipes of any kind are allowed; we have had to get very expensive sewer work done because of someone flushing these.
