It sleeps two in a queen sleigh bed, with two comfortable recliners, a dining table, and a smart TV with Roku. There is a large walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. You will also find a prep area with a fridge and freezer, a filtered water pitcher, and a Keurig for coffee, and the duvet and sheets are fresh for every stay. On climate, a wall mounted mini split runs both air conditioning and heat off one remote, so the studio holds its temperature year round. The windows open freely as well. Guest access The whole upstairs studio is yours, with its own private entrance up the rear deck stairs and a dedicated parking spot on the gravel below. Easy to settle in and come and go on your own schedule.
