The space A luxury, modern, family home in the Kerang Lakes district. We are on a 100-acre property in country Victoria. Close to water-sports facilities, fishing, birdwatching, and a great retreat for writers or artists. A great place for families, small groups, couples, and for solos. Comfortable shared facilities with access to a swimming pool, spa, and recreational equipment for the lake and surrounds. Two comfortable queen bedrooms and a room with two single beds are available and have access to a pool, spa, bar, games room, and the lake. The price is per room with a maximum of two guests per room. Special prices for more than one room. Children under two may share their parent's bedding. Continental breakfast on request. The house is only rented to one group exclusively. Pets are welcome but any accidents are at the guest's cost. Billie our friendly Border Collie loves guests. Pool table only 12yrs and above to use. Any breakages are to be reported and will be covered by the guest. Guest access You have access to the bottom floor, like a large apartment. You may use pool and spa areas but other guests on the property also have access. Walks in the farm, down to the lake or 11km around.
