Size: The unit is a 27 sqm (291 sqft) studio apartment. Ideal for: Remote workers, family travelers, friends getaway. Convenience: Located within walking distance to convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and malls. Comfort: Thoughtfully equipped with amenities for a comfortable stay. Sleeping Arrangements: 2 double size bed (48X75 inches) good for 4 pax Kitchen: Equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooker, range hood, rice cooker, electric kettle, coffee maker, pans, glasses, plates, and utensils. Amenities: Air conditioning, hot and cold shower, 50" smart television, up to 100 Mbps Wi-Fi connectivity, and free Netflix access for all guests. Complimentary Items: Coffee, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, slippers, and a dental kit. (PARKING SPACE) NOTE: Please be inform that the common parking space in this building is not free, It's 500 per night. Gym Schedule: Open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Tuesday to Sunday (Closed every Monday for maintenance) Access Policy: -Free access for up to 3 people -Additional guests must pay 300 pesos each -Proper shoes is required -To get the Gym card access, you may proceed to the front desk and present an ID. Pool Schedule: Open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Tuesday to Sunday (Closed every MONDAY for maintenance) Access Policy: -Free access for up to 3 people -Additional guests must pay 300 pesos each -Proper swimming attire is required -To get the Pool card access, you may proceed to the front desk and present an ID Important Pool Guidelines: Food and Beverage Policy: Kindly refrain from bringing drinks and food into the pool area. Safety First: For your safety, there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Please ensure you supervise your children while they swim Guest access You will have access to the entire unit to yourself and will only share it with those you're traveling with. This building has no free parking space, paid parking only. Just incase you need one, kindly inform me in advance since the parking space is subject to its availability. *Important Note * The pool is not accessible every Monday due to maintenance schedule. While this is quite normal in tropical areas, we completely understand that it can be uncomfortable. To ensure your comfort, we’ve taken proactive steps: ✅ Monthly pest control treatments are scheduled to keep the space as pest-free as possible. ✅ We provide insect repellent spray in the unit for emergency use — feel free to use it if needed. ✅ Our cleaning team also thoroughly checks and refreshes the unit before every guest’s arrival.
