This stylish and high-quality accommodation, in a historic and lovingly renovated manor house, is perfect for family and group trips. The property is nestled in a landscape park with extensive green and wooded areas, directly on a small stream. Nature plays the leading role here. This is also reflected in the natural and sustainable management of the property. Fresh vegetables, herbs, eggs and fruit are grown in the surrounding gardens. During the extensive renovation of the entire estate building, special attention was paid to the preservation of valuable stocks and the reuse of old materials. Each of the four individually designed bedrooms offers tranquility, a beautiful view of forest and meadows or over the gentle hills of the Innviertel, to the Salzburg mountains. Smell and feel the finest herbs from the surrounding gardens, fragrant organic hay from our meadows, or freshly cut wood from our forest… each room appeals to the senses of our guests and takes them into the surrounding nature. Our small library invites you to retreat to a cozy reading chair and immerse yourself in the special features and sights of our beautiful region "Innviertel," or indulge in great literature and dream. The large living-dining area offers a modern and fully equipped kitchen. The original, over 200-year-old farmhouse corner bench invites you to linger and enjoy good conversation. From the directly adjacent 30 m² protected terrace, you can look directly into the crowns of walnut and chestnut trees, as well as the picturesque old stone church of our small village, whose bells you can hear ringing in the distance. A cozy campfire place on the spacious meadows offers another special experience for children and adults. The parking lot is located on the fenced area, in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. Hot tub: Available from April to September. Guest access Our guests can use the entire duplex apartment, the 30 m² sun terrace on the 2nd floor, the campfire area and of course the free parking. Furthermore, a walking and hiking trail leads directly from the property into the associated forest, or along the Steckenbach into the surrounding nature. Other things to note The location of the accommodation is ideally suited to explore the quiet and idyllic area by bike or on foot.
