This stunning getaway is 2 blocks from the water at Golden Beach & offers off-street parking. Stylishly appointed with polished concrete floors & striking decor , it really has the WOW factor.Fully air-conditioned with a fully fenced back yard ,it ticks all the boxes . One bedroom has a queen size bed & the other the option of 2 singles or a king bed .The three way bathroom has a huge shower room and separate toilet .Relax on the large deck and listen to the birds by day and the waves at night😊 The space This purpose built property is single level with no steps. It is very spacious / open plan apartment . The yard is fully fenced and has artificial turf. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size fridge, dishwasher, oven/stovetop and air-fryer. It has a Nespresso pod machine and milk frother . Tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt & pepper are provided as well as foil, glad wrap etc. All good quality linen is provided including beach towels . We have a cot ,high chair & baby bath available to guests on request. They are on-site but not in the apartment due to lack of storage. They are free of charge, just BYO linen for the cot. Guest access Guests have access to the fully self-contained property . Off street parking is provided. Other things to note NOISE Being a quiet residential area , we kindly request no loud music , no parties . Noise curfew is strictly 10pm. STARTER SUPPLIES We provide complimentary starter supplies including tea, coffee, milk etc as well as toilet paper and a few other essentials. These supplies are not intended to last the duration of your stay, merely to welcome you and save the need to immediately go to the supermarket. CHECKOUT We kindly request that you don't strip the beds or put linen in the machine. Please just put any furniture back you may have moved , put the dishwasher on and place rubbish in the bin outside. The cleaners will do the rest :) This property is a non-smoking environment
